💡 Preparation Tips Preparation Tips

Strategy

  • NCERT is king — Read NCERT Biology line by line. 90% of Biology questions come directly from NCERT
  • Physics and Chemistry need additional practice from HC Verma, DC Pandey, MS Chouhan, OP Tandon
  • Solve previous year questions (PYQs) from at least the last 15 years
  • Take full-length mock tests weekly to build exam temperament
  • Focus on negative marking strategy — avoid random guessing
  • Revise regularly — use MedLearno Revision Hub for quick revision sheets

Time Management during Exam

  • Biology first (easiest to score, ~40-45 min)
  • Chemistry next (~40-45 min)
  • Physics last (needs more time, ~50-60 min)
  • Keep 15-20 minutes for review & bubble-filling
